Despite all the doom and gloom around acquiring this. I'm extremely optimistic that it could be extremely value accretive. My only concern is overpaying but I have faith that the board will make an accurate decision on this. Working with Itochu may lead to a similar setup as the BMA system. If you don't have faith in the board to begin with then you shouldn't hold the company.
