Remember they still want to pay the dividend. It will be pathetic like recently (~A$0.80) but still!

Look at NHC SP...really close to reach the ATH. The only reason why WHC was not the same was this negative narration about the deal with BHP. Market spoke today - it's a great deal.
Now it's time to catch up with others (or maybe outperform them?)
