Why is Dev frustratingly stuck at about half the MC of AGE when...

    Why is Dev frustratingly stuck at about half the MC of AGE when we seem to be a better Uranium play and also have REE upside? Is it because the market prefers one trick ponies? We are also lower than the cap raise price of over a year ago when the uranium price was significantly lower. I have (stupidly) LT held Dev rather than traded it and it has to be one of my most frustrating stocks. What is holding this thing back?!
