doesn't surprise me at all really ...... they are a joke. officially, if it wasn't already.
question for you ... how easy is it for shareholders to go the board and management using company funds? or would shareholders have to wait for those people to leave the company? general question and not just aimed at PYM although this would be a great test case if it hasn't happened already. the old shysters at ERH would be the others to test this on too.
ironically (or maybe not) both were 'promoted' to me by the same broker but that's another story.
