Dose amyone know how the tax implications be, once we delist from ASX, can we claim this as a loss....
if so then the next lot of investment is an overseas investment and tax and liabilities have ti change to reflect Canadian tax laws.
when you are overseas different laws apply, when hou sell and bring the money back then aus tax laws apply too.
