I’ve always thought I’d be happy with a $6bn takeover, roughly $30 per share which is a similiar experience that some competitor deals had whose drugs ultimately failed.
Now I would be expecting $50 per share but it doesn’t feel real to me that something like that could happen, particularly because of the life changing amount of money I would end up with.
Who knows. At this point I would just like to see it reach previous highs.
