Ipswich plenty of homes around $350,000......and under 350cm of water...i know of a few people that invested after the 2011 floods thinking "what a bargain" mother nature has taught them a cruel lesson re property speculation...good luck getting insurance now and watch premiums skyrocket around the rest of the nation. NSW also getting smashed by the weather....anyone for a house around Coffs Harbour....plenty on the market soon....i would be thinking twice about investing along the QLD ,NSW coast if i was a first home buyer....
