I'm not sure I understand you comment here, I doubt we can receive payment as we haven't received the full green light from the GOAP to being production. This delay from the government does concern me because it is not a great look for NSL just after their initial PO was negotiation with BMM. Perhaps an update on what the delay is from NSL would be nice and how long that it will...
Its also a real shame we can't begin production either because it is the dry season and we should be going full stem ahead. NSL got very lucky last year with minimal effects from a weaker wet season in the region....
