discovery adds about 25c p/share

Quick back of envelope figures suggest todays announcement of a commercial discovery of over 1.1 mb oil and 7.5 bcf gas should be worth around $US25m or approximately $34m. Allowing for 137m shares that equates to about 25 cents per share.
I might add I've only allowed a value of $US10 per barrel of oil in ground which is very conservative. If $US20 per barrel is used the figure rises to about 35 cents per share.
Given the sp rose only 8 cents on the close I would suggest there is still room for a rally tomorrow morning.
