As I was concerned the SLA seems to have stopped as soon as the status changed to Additional information requested.

Use to have the same SLA system of tickets at work, the SLA only ticked while the Job was pending, once we contacted for further information, the SLA paused.

There's no way of knowing what information has been requested, whether NSL have replied nor whether there is still more to be done before it's approved.

We also don't know exactly the implications it currently has. For all we know it might be a more long term water usage approval and there are short term allowances in the interim.

Hard to tell at this stage.
