If there was a TO at these levels it can only be a hostile one and depending on the Top 20 strength or lack of, it might succeed and shareholders would lose out.
Looking at the state of PLS, it teaches a valuable lesson in never to invest in production companies.
They rarely if ever live up to potential.
Some over in the latin america brine play thinks production is going to get them riches LOL
