If the Ppsa is not done before the election I’ll be shocked.
If the incumbent lose you can bet your bottom dollar it will be back to square 1 with the incoming.
Its dragged on way way too long and the pile of BS that it’s moving and close to being done pile is about as big as it gets.
SM should refuse to sign it.
