Would a flow test change the % of production or $ due to the government? I wouldn't have thought so. A farm in partner would want to know the results of flow testing, but the PPSA isn't relying on a farm in partner.
We have been told a number of times that all legals were complete and the PPSA was only awaiting the passing of the Petroleum Amendment Act. Therefore it is all agreed and sitting in parliament.
Is this being timed for maximum effect in the lead up to the election? Not sure but I'm past being concerned about it. We have plenty of legal protection anyway.
