IF they flow test it and it flows beautifully the price of any farm in quadruples given all the risk has all but been put to bed so to answer your question it would all depend on the farm in appetite for risk.
I'd suggest that IF they are targeting companies capable of getting this to production paying 4 + X is probably not their biggest concern though.
