Thanks for the link. But didnt really need it as have listened to that one at least 5 times now. at no point does he say 'porosity, permeability all there'. Even at the point of the video you note he does not even mention porosity or permeability (let alone saying they are good or confirmed). He says source rock proven, seal confirmed, reservoir present. He does not even say reservoir good. Its just present. Then says from an appraisal perspective there is still risk (thats the permeability question).
