On the available information I don't believe the Pebbly Arkose will be tight.

Your comments about natural fracturing in The Pebbly Arkose are interesting. It was a thought that crossed my mind when I was thinking about reasons for the mud losses they took while drilling same. Fracturing associated with a fault? Hopefully the fracturing is through the whole section and not restricted to one small horizon.
