It is my opinion only that ORG would be doing a disservice to their own shareholders if they are atleast not examining the prospect of the takeover of ARQ.
Despite ORG being a huge company relative to ARQ, the projected revenues & cashflows from the oil wells they are equal partners in would be a very nice addition to ORG should they own them outright.
As many have mentioned the last few days, ARQ appears ripe for the taking by ORG.
Question is, what price? And could TAP open the bidding?
My opinions only. Comments welcome.
