Yeah, I suppose I had just come back from hospital and wasn't feeling the best, I think that how I was looking at it was that if CX Partners didn't pay the second tranche then TSN would have an extra 8% holding, going from 25% to 33%. CX paid the 2nd tranche so we ended up at 25%. That's why I said that they paid $8 million+ for an extra 8% holding. It depends how you look at it, but fundamentally what you said is right.
