Minimal debt..
That puts a value of approx 200m on the existing business...
What has that 200m business been earning? Just under 200m pre-tax profit!
Assume 80-100m NPAT for the coming year ... thats one hell of a cheap company that makes 100m p.a. repeatedly if its on sale for 200m ...!
My PE estimation valuing the cash/investments as cash [and hence eliminating it form both price and earnings in PE calcs] is roughly 1.5 ...!
