The trend is down and a good point was made rents will be high and business is going to suffer-people spend less in recession depression, how long tis goes 1 year or or 10.
In the scenario that we improve in 2010 look at buying from July onwards this year as people anticipate the worst behind us. But who is to say $2-4.
