lopez... you are lucky that im in a very good mood today... lets me share a couple with you that i think is good...
for short term would definitely be SSM, with s/p of last close @ 0.285 and declared divy of 0.035 fully franked! u cant get a better divy right now in this market... its going ex div on 20th march, u definitely wont see it under 0.3 on the day before the ex date...
long term
- ASZ under 0.4 which hard now that it is 0.48 and long holder have been jumping in...
- RFG under 1.2, very stable income...
- MAH @ 0.305, i smell upcoming project wins from government infrastructure spending...
- MMG under 0.6, last close @ 0.545 was due to manipulation by shorters... they would get burn when the buyback recommence... short term panic was due to 125 mill write down from its newspaper business in US... but the s/p is not justified at all... net profit from businesses in the half year FY 09 is 40 mill or around 19 EPS... cash in hand of 320 mill, approx. 1.5 per share... all debts r at asset level not due till june 2010 and its senior debt due november 2010... a vote is due soon for recommencing the buyback of 50 mill... this is no brainer... definitely worth a look!
