tarbh, I agree, the odds are good, however when you consider what onerour caveats that banks are putting on borrowings, you just dont want that sort of thing to happen to this company just before it gets the uplift we have been waiting for.

BTW, Thanks for the comment on ANZ reporting on direct charging starting in March on their website...good hard evidence of the start date..

pickup, I think you may have confused yourself with the Bendigo loan. They have borrowed $5 mill on favourable terms to be repaid in cash or shares in June 2009 secured against 14.2% of SPS. This will be used to replace senior debt.
