Who knows? You can only see these formations once they are complete. If the stock closes below $1 on Monday or Tuesday, you would have a better case to argue.

I am inclined to see the recent pattern as development of the increased volatility that I have expected going into February. Obviously, this volatility will be in both the up and down direction.

In my opinion, the latest downward move has probably spent itself and we are more likely to be looking at a strong up week ahead.
