I agree with you. If people are interested in the company or curious what all the fuss is about and are put off by some detail that is preventing them from entering, then HC is a great place to hear different opinions to add to your own research.
When non holders and even holders break down every sentence/ word in a BRR or ANN and make assumptions on tiny details without contacting the company, is purely ramping and misleading. I am no lawyer. Ann's and BRR's should be taken as a briefing and furhter clarification should be sought from the company if you have doubts.
These points have been done over 100s of times, and i never usually comment on threads that are "he said she said this or that". Anyone can comment regardless of position or make observations on any company. It becomes quite tiresome when good threads are derailed for the sake of what i can only summise as amusement.
Walt, i must say i have enjoyed your occasional posts, and your frustration on the HC thread is pretty clear. From memory you have held for a long time. What keeps you in, have you had much contact with MS/CVI, and what do you see for CVI in the near future etc ?
