Recalled this post the other day & thought I would revisit it; I'm wagering you are looking at that $30-$35 MAQ price target and instead if thinking "optimistic" probably thinking more "realistic".
Just poking fun, MAQ is such a quiet corner of the forum but deserves more love.
Only a few weeks ago I reviewed the P/E based on recent updates and she was still travelling around 9. Its too low given exposure to data storage sector IMHO.
I was told by a trader that the stock is "very, very expensive " at $21 and all I could say was WTF?
Hard to get a fix on how much the latest deal for DC expansion impacts earnings, it's probably not huge but it shows how aggressive MAQ are being in this space. All funded, capex contribution & pre-leased to a partner... these guys are showing amazing business pedigree.
