Agree. Beginning of July I was thinking maybe a buy in to NextDC after seeing a long interview with the head honcho on TV, also MP1, both good long term holds but decided MAQ was a better one with a couple more strings to the bow too. So increased my MAQ holding by 60% at average $20.25, now averaging $13.54 all up, a nice 25c divi thrown in too. As far as divs concerned I'm happy to see them doing what TLS should have done and suspending it after this one to concentrate on growth and keeping down debt to ensure we get to that "realistic" $30-$35 in a reasonable time.
MAQ still good buying at $24 as a long term hold IMO, especially based on the recent announcement re this years profit upgrade, divi and DC expansion plans.
I think the only think that could affect the SP going south a bit is if the Tudehope brothers sold some of their 60% holding to the open market, but it would only be short term. Of course, if they sold at market price to an/various insto in a back room deal and then announced it to the market (assuming they could do that) it would have the opposite effect as would be seen as a vote of confidence.
All IMO cos I'm no expert, just happen to have got lucky with what I consider a great company in MAQ.
