No, the option strike price is $0.60 as they paid nothing for them and are exercisable at $0.60 ($1.30 for duthy). So arkangel256 is correct in stating that we are buying at the same price that the options will be exercised at. Arguably yes they won't lose the majority of their shareholding if the options expire but it is 100% a massive incentive (Not that the board needs it they have demonstrated how efficient they are by listing in 2019 and already being at a near phase III stage).
In summary they have more than significant skin in the game for their incentives to be aligned with ours.
