Dave Wall indicates that Otto is probably too small for what 88E are looking for in terms of JV Partner, and that would be much better looking at the Deep Pocket Oil companies or the National companies.
And that looking to have a JV all sorted around or before Mid 2016.
Soooo... ConocoPhillips... I am looking at you baby! Now that we have 270,000 acres of Sweetspot Buffet, it's time to come to the table!!
