Even though would love to see it, very difficult because that journalist is only going on information he had and perhaps it's something that has been dropped on his desk from above.

While he ultimately is responsible for some losing a lot of money and panicking, in the long term this is a good result for BIG as they will tighten up their disclosure and the appointment of some non-executive directors will improve corporate governance.
