What is particularly shocking about this sort of share price action and the huge moves and volume prior to ASX companies releasing relevant 'signed off' price sensitive news to the investing public, is that the ASX and ASIC never bat an eyelid.
There might be a 'when did you know' query in a few days time to quieten the baying masses, but nothing will ever be done about it. Nobody will be prosecuted. The companies in question are never fined.
Amazing to me that JAL allowed two full days of heavy trading and price movement before sliding into a trading halt.
