Yep Menzies acted on board information to damage the company and smash the share price. He got away with it and continues to be paid by the shareholders he damaged! Regardless of who directed him it is he who acted unethically. The sooner there can be a vote on his board position the better, (at the next AGM).
On the positive side, the mill is being fixed and the orebody continues to outperform.
