I think it is a bit alarmist to say the Lupus trial is make or break. Since that trial was designed and approved -a pretty involved and time consuming process - the RAMPs, DAMPs and PAMPs paper has become well known and this has changed the whole game. There is now a mode of action for CPn10. It is the only nominated RAMP which has any clinical data and mode of commercial manufacture with controls on quality etc. It is years ahead of any competitor and will be highly attractive the whole range of major pharmas. I don't think we have to worry about the trial.
