Henryhenryhenry, you have a good point. Resection gives the best chance of cure, but some patients, particularly the elderly population, are not good operative candidates and would be better off with SIRT. Chemo is often given prior to resection, maybe there is also a role there. Hopefully the experts with enlighten us shortly!
