I don't believe any such official announcement has ever been made by the company in regard to gazetting timelines.
There does however seem to be history of nipple-slips at AGM Q&A sessions etc. (such as this report from January's meeting) (14th Jan) -and don't shoot the messenger(s).
None of us can quite believe how drawn out an affair this gazette has become.
