Couldn't agree more, I raised this earlier. The initial claim stated in the announcement was for 500k "amongst other things" ,,, what exactly are other things? The terms around the settlement are anyone's guess and if their "right" to negotiate further with BCC as part of the settlement fails, does this constitute a failed settlement? I highly doubt CMY would risk 250k just to negotiate with no chance of success either way. Very unclear, if we had full facts it may very well be different SP
