Not if Missiles use internal navigation. Or guidance other than GPS/GLONASS.
Iran has not use GPS guided missiles for many years. Because they can be jammed.
Internal navigation may not be as pinpoint accurate as GPS. But will usually be Close Enough to do the job.= 10-15 meters.
