This is a stock worth checking out....

I know the IPO was a bit of a shambles but they have been punished enough for that and all the selling has dried up. What we have here is a co. with 11.1 million mkt cap with nearly a guarantee that the US Navy will end up ordering in the vicinity of a $80 million contract( read Jan 5th announcement)

This along with the potential in all other areas where the technology can be used ( commercial fishing, offshore oil etc etc ) can easily see sales of in excess of 100million. The company have stated themselves that their products are high margin so a lot of this will flow thru to the bottom line. This, along with the maintenance contracts that follow from the initial sales could easily NPAT of 10million over the course of the next 2 years. With a current mkt cap of 11.1 million, not too hard to see the potential here.....only negative i can see is that cash is low at the mo, so they might need to raise a little bit of cash to fund until US navy contract is announced.....

Anyway, just throwing it out there...do your own research but i think only strong upside from here on in...oh and by the way, Macquarie Small Caps are major shareholder and look at their outperformance numbers...i follow the smart money.....
