As we know if you go back through SEA ..CHART 1yr 2yrs .. IT WAS AT 21.. 12 c/p .. up and down.. on low volumes 7 mill , 9 mill.
So after the 297 mill 100 plus mill and 50 70 etc.. and it was.06c/p ..oil is just going 1 way..
