I am sure we all agree that a future NASDAQ, as mention by the company, will significantly propel TMG into the stratosphere. On July 30, TMG put out an announcement that James Graf, the SPAC veteran had joined the company to lead the SPAC listing on the NASDAQ. This announcement didnt do much for the SP, but IMO is one of the most important the lot! He comes in, not just as an advisor, but as a director, with some significant incentive performance rights that vest upon reaching certain goals. He has led 8 SPAC listing on the NASDAQ, and is a renowned SPAC specialist, so his recruitment is a major coup for the company.
