I agree in 6 mths or so there will be many more distressed assets at even cheaper prices. After looking at the worldwide issues I have no doubt this economy is years from getting back to some form of stability. I was absolutely stunned by the reserve banks pathetic 1% rate drop. Its my belief at least 1.5% was needed.
CVN are just positioned in an ideal situation no matter how bad things get.
