There are few Apps out there for restaurant business reviews & etc, like 4-Square,Eatability, etc. Personally, take restaurant businesses as an example, I don't think using video to advertise their business is a good idea. People would rather read comments on what other people had experienced in the restaurant than watching video to find out about it.
