I am here essentially for the Guyana plays but my understanding is you have to be registered or some government agency has to agree to it been viewed as R&D (not sure who decides either). The best people to answer that question would be tax accountants who might be posting here. My knowledge on these finer points of OHD PFS/funding is not in depth, so hopefully someone else can answer that question, as my main interest is minerals. Hopefully we hit pay dirt in Guyana and that can sort out any of the funding issues for OHD later on, because as I have indicated my view is SP growth over the next year will predominantly come from Morabisi (unless the goal posts move for OHD from what we understand them to be based on their last Ann).
