There are more family/associates that are sitting just outside this I believe, with 10m parcels such as Ridgeback and Replay from (dropped out of the 20 list but most likely still holding). From memory the Reitmeier's have been around with Klause before as well, so they may also be associates.
I'd say your 40% "friends and family" number is actually much higher with all this taken in.

I wonder if Klause feels the pressure, or even Gary to make sure he delivers for the family given they've all chipped in to take control of the register.
