that’s why companies with negative equity are extremely high risk of insolvency, by using the example you’ve provided
as long as they can keep raising and borrowing, life is great, but if they can’t raise any more and cash flow dries up, it’s game over
this is why Goodfella continues to drum the insolvency tune, as the risk of insolvency is real
