    to answer your request I have went back to my chart

    and I think OBL has actually break out of the trend line, therefore good news is you might not have to wait for 2 weeks to see the sp move up
    I think you will see the run this coming week, however I'm expecting the sp to test 2.9c again before volume kicks in this coming week

    first stop 4-4.3c then we'll see what happen next
