I partially agree, it seems proceeds from the sale of KAP will be used to retire $5.38M in debt and fund Lady Ada/Magdalene exploration, if Lady Ada & Lady Magdalene have combined indicated 70,000 ounces of gold surely thats a goood case to bring them both into production generating around A$200 milion or sell both & return the cash to investors
