Hi Sillazze, yes I see your line of thinking, if Roche pops up in the future I'll be the first to say that you hit it out of the park!
I just fall on the side of too many variables in play within an industry like this for what you're postulating to have been strategically planned/considered over three years ago. Roche would "do" as a partner LOL - sign them up at the right price - I'd love that outcome, however it came to pass.
