This is what these guys do: deals.
You don't go to these guys and say, "help me appoint an administrator to firesale the assets". For them to be interested you have to prove to them its worth them investing their time, because no doubt they will take a percentage cut. I doubt you can even approach them with a straight face without interest already from several key sources. You wouldn't wander in with your IP and say, "hey do you know anybody who would be interested? Could you put us in your newsletter?".
