I have been reading up on the "Oakajee Industrial Estate Structure Plan" that the Chapman shire did a few years back -- page "90" is really all you need to look at --- nothing standing in the way of the Estate going ahead all studies are done and dusted basically

Also BMT JFA Consultants were the consultants to "OPR" for the deep water port- and possible trans shipment - "REALLY" is nothing standing in the way of this project.
