    Some valid points TR.

    However, did you notice BPT announcement on the 6th July with ITOCHU Corp. And today Bank of America now a substantial holder of stock, also looks like Merrill Lynch bought some too.

    Perthaps this Western Cooper wet gas/condensate project might be bigger than we think?
